Method for replacing the filter element of the dual injection molding oil filter
As the core component of the hydraulic system, the dual injection molding oil filter requires regular replacement of its filter element to ensure stable operation of the equipment. The following is a two-stage introduction to the filter replacement process to help users efficiently complete maintenance.
Phase 1: Preparation and Disassembly
Safety preparation
After shutdown, turn off the power and wait for the oil temperature to drop below 40 ℃. Wear protective gloves and goggles to prevent splashing of high-temperature oil. Prepare tools such as filter wrench, oil drum, cleaning cloth, etc.
pressure relief
Slowly open the exhaust valve at the top of the filter to release internal pressure. Observe the flow of oil to ensure there is no residual pressure.
Remove the filter element
Use a special wrench for the filter element to rotate it counterclockwise. If there is resistance, use a rubber hammer to lightly tap the filter housing for assistance. After removing the old filter element, check whether the sealing gasket is deformed or damaged.
Phase 2: Replacement and Testing
Cleaning and Inspection
Wipe the inside of the filter with a cleaning cloth to remove oil stains and impurities. Check the condition of the sealing gasket and replace it with a new one if necessary to ensure its sealing performance.
Install a new filter element
Align the new filter element with the filter base and rotate clockwise until it is securely fastened. Note that the arrow direction on the filter element should be consistent with the direction of oil flow to avoid oil blockage caused by reverse installation.
System recovery and testing
After installation, open the oil valve and start the injection molding machine to run at low speed, replenishing hydraulic oil to the standard level. Observe the exhaust valve and close it after no bubbles are expelled. Run the equipment for 10 minutes, check for oil leakage at the connection, and confirm that the system pressure is normal.precautions
